Ken Fritzberg began his carrier in the automotive industry in high school. He worked then for six years at a Union 76 Gas Station. Then followed his dreams and started his own company in 1984. Ken and his expert technicians have great pride in serving Contra Costa County for the last 29 years. Ken and his employee’s continue to educate themselves and undergo extensive automotive training to meet their customer’s needs. Ken and his employees offer our customers integrity, honesty, and reliability.

Ken is happily married to his wife Jeni, since 1985 and have two children whom have worked here at Solano Way Auto Repair. Ken is a man who stands committed to his family, his business and his customers, Ken thanks you for your service, and welcomes our customers.

Ken Fritzberg Jr.

Ken Fritzberg Jr. began working at Solano Way Auto Repair in 2001 when he started following his dreams of being an automotive technician. Ken Jr. now takes pride in handling the daily Service Advisor needs of his customers. He continues to educate himself in automotive training classes to serve our customers to the best of his ability.

Ken Jr.has been happily married to his wife Gleidi, since 2013. As the primary Service Advisor, he loves dealing with our customers and meeting their needs.. He is dedicated to our customers having a Great Customer Experience from the time they walk in the door to drop off their vehicle until they pick it up at days end. Ken Jr. wants you to feel welcome from the time you walk in the door, to when he returns your keys.


Mark Lopez [Eddie]

Eddie came to us in the year of 2006, with the skill set of an apprentice technician. Today Eddie is our top technician, diagnostic specialist, Smog Certified, is very gifted and good at what he does. Watching Eddie develop his craft through the last seven years is one of the most satisfying experiences we have had here at the shop.

Eddie first came to Solano Way Auto Repair fresh out of his two year study at the Universal Technical Institute, full of knowledge and eager to put his skill set to the front line. Through out Eddie’s past seven years here he has taken: A/C classes, , Hybrid Classes, is Smog &ASE Certified, as well as a three year Advanced Vehicle Diagnostic class.

William Brooks

William came to us in the year of 2016, with the skill set of an master technician. As a kid he loved to take apart anything automotive and reassemble them. Always curious about tools he visited his uncles repair shop where he got a glimpse of how cars worked. In the beginning of the year 2002 Williams carrier in the automotive field began.

William first came to Solano Way Auto Repair, from working four years at performance repair shops, and two years at the Ford Dealership. Full of knowledge he is ASE Certified and continues his education to keep up to date on new vehicles technology. William was born and raised in the bay area, then spent several years in Texas with his mother, now currently resides in Concord, Ca.

William has worked in all different types of automotive industries. He loves the atmosphere, work environment, and family feel of Solano Way Auto Repair the most. "If it's broken, i can fix it"
